- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:

Sofia, 1142, Sredets District, Center Residential Area, 13 Patriarch Evtimii Blvd.
hereinafter referred to as “the Merchant,” and any user of the website https://www.keystudios.bg/, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer,” in connection with the conclusion of a contract for the sale of services (rental of studios, spaces, equipment, podcast rooms, and additional services) performed remotely via the website.
Subject Matter – The Merchant provides the following services: online booking of studios and spaces, electronic payment for services, and access to additional services described on the website.
Rights and Obligations of the Merchant – The Merchant agrees to: provide the services as described and within the selected time frame; provide accurate information regarding prices, terms, and payment methods; and protect the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Customer Rights and Obligations – The Customer agrees to: provide accurate and up-to-date information, comply with Key Studios’ Terms of Use, make payment using the selected method, and use the services in good faith and for their intended purpose.
- PAYMENT METHODS
Key Studios accepts the following payment methods:
- Payment by debit or credit card through the booking system
- Payment in cash or by card on site
*Bank card payments are processed through a secure payment environment and will be accepted via: BORICA, VISA, MasterCard
**The card payment service is scheduled to be activated.
3. PAYMENT SECURITY (3-D Secure)
All card payments are processed using 3-D Secure technology, which provides additional protection for the cardholder, including:
- Verified by Visa
- MasterCard SecureCode
Key Studios does not store credit card information. Payment processing is handled entirely by licensed payment service providers.
4. REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND DELIVERY POLICY
– Cancellation of a reservation – The customer has the right to cancel a reservation under the following conditions:
* Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time – full refund;
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Refunds
If the refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded:
* using the same payment method used for the original payment;
* within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date of confirmation of the cancellation.
– Provision of services
The services provided by Key Studios are intangible and are considered delivered at the time of:
* providing access to the reserved studio/space;
