  1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/li><\/ol>

    These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:<\/p>

    \u201cKey Studios\u201d Ltd.,

    Registered office and business address:
    Sofia, 1142, Sredets District, Center Residential Area, 13 Patriarch Evtimii Blvd.<\/p>

    hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Merchant,\u201d and any user of the website https:\/\/www.keystudios.bg\/<\/span>,<\/a> hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCustomer,\u201d in connection with the conclusion of a contract for the sale of services (rental of studios, spaces, equipment, podcast rooms, and additional services) performed remotely via the website.<\/p>

    Subject Matter – The Merchant provides the following services: online booking of studios and spaces, electronic payment for services, and access to additional services described on the website.<\/p>

    Rights and Obligations of the Merchant – The Merchant agrees to: provide the services as described and within the selected time frame; provide accurate information regarding prices, terms, and payment methods; and protect the Customer\u2019s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>

    Customer Rights and Obligations – The Customer agrees to: provide accurate and up-to-date information, comply with Key Studios\u2019 Terms of Use, make payment using the selected method, and use the services in good faith and for their intended purpose.<\/p>

    1. PAYMENT METHODS<\/li><\/ol>

      Key Studios accepts the following payment methods:<\/p>

          • Payment by debit or credit card through the booking system<\/li>
          • Payment in cash or by card on site<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

            *Bank card payments are processed through a secure payment environment and will be accepted via: BORICA, VISA, MasterCard<\/p>

            **<\/span>The card payment service is scheduled to be activated.<\/i><\/i><\/p>

            3. PAYMENT SECURITY (3-D Secure)<\/p>

            All card payments are processed using 3-D Secure technology, which provides additional protection for the cardholder, including:<\/p>

                • Verified by Visa<\/li>
                • MasterCard SecureCode<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

                  Key Studios does not store credit card information. Payment processing is handled entirely by licensed payment service providers.<\/p>

                  4. REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND DELIVERY POLICY<\/p>

                  – Cancellation of a reservation – The customer has the right to cancel a reservation under the following conditions:<\/p>

                  * Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time \u2013 full refund;<\/p>

                  * Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>

                  – Refunds<\/p>

                  If the refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded:<\/p>

                  * using the same payment method used for the original payment;<\/p>

                  * within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date of confirmation of the cancellation.<\/p>

                  – Provision of services<\/p>

                  The services provided by Key Studios are intangible and are considered delivered at the time of:<\/p>

                  * providing access to the reserved studio\/space;<\/p>
